Coaching and Consulting

Who
I Am

I am Cody Hufstedler. I have been a board certified palliative care chaplain for over a decade. My professional life has been spent helping people cope with the worst days of their life.

I am a coach for people working in helping professions, those who interact with people in high pressure situations, and caregivers for those with serious illness focused on developing internal well-being that is not dependent on external circumstances - the ability to practice in difficult spaces with peace and equanimity.

I am a companion for people who are revamping their spiritual framework, for those struggling with doubts or questions, for those stepping away from religious structures that no longer serve them - a non-judgmental, non-anxious space for reflection and growth.

I am a podcast host, helping people who are coming to the end of their lives tell their stories, exploring the meaning, purpose, lessons, and joy to be found at the end of life.
